We kicked off the holiday season together with a “Decorating & Dessert Day.” All Grove staff brought in a dessert to share with their co-workers and joined in the fun of “Decking the Halls” of The Grove for the upcoming holiday season. Each team member that brought in a dessert to share was entered into a raffle for an end of the day raffle- and we are proud to announce that Jessica Davidson, from the Rehab department, won! Congrats! Additionally, all Nurse Unit Managers and our Therapy Department were given a budget to work together with their staff and decorate their nurse’s stations in the holiday spirit, competing with each other for the “most festive station.” The winning team will win a pizza party for their unit. Judging will be done on Monday, Dec. 5th by some of our residents and staff. Lastly, we are proud to announce the beginning of our “25 days of giveaways”: from December 1st and every day up until the 25th, a Grove team-member will win a small gift! Each day a name will be drawn from the raffle box and the winner will be announced and asked to come to the main lobby to pick up their gift. It could be anything from a small box of candy to a Dunkin Donuts gift card…something small to bring a little joy to your holiday season.
