Sonya began her journey five years ago as a floor/charge nurse and has now transitioned into the role of Assistant Director of Nursing. Her philosophy is “treating every resident and patient she has the privilege of working with as if they were her own family.” Sonya also believes that nursing is not a job, but a lifestyle as it requires 100% dedication.
