Paula Molina
Director of Admissions
Paula has been in Long-Term Care and Rehab for a decade. Over the years, she familiarized herself with the functions of a skilled nursing facility, working through a variety of departments. Ultimately, her passion led her to operating an Admissions Department for The Grove. Paula’s favorite part of the job is the day to day interaction and making meaningful connections. In her spare time, she loves to spend quality time with her husband, son and daughter.
